I am working as wetland manager and in-charge of wetland ecology and biodiversity.

Can anyone tell me suitable plants for the creation of floating wetlands in tropical regions? Thank you.

  1. Typha domingensis, Eichornia crassipes, Salvinia spp, Pistia stratiotes, Lemna spp and Mayaca are very suitable plants for creating an artificial floating matt with bioremediation purposes!
